from the York Dispatch.
The Ski Roundtop Race Club (SRRC) Snowboard Team
is entering it’s 10th season.
The SRRC Snowboard Team trains on Monday and
Wednesday nights as well as Saturdays during the day. Athletes as
young as eight (8) years old, are welcome to join us!
Our staff of coaches, with a combined forty
(40) years of snowboard experience, are all past USASA National Alpine
Medallists or Champions, and all have USASA coaching credentials
and/or Red Cross First Aid and CPR training.
Our primary focus is preparing our athletes for snowboard races within
the MID ATLANTIC SNOWBOARD SERIES, with the ultimate goal of competing
at the USASA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS.
Four of our team members have progressed to the USSA Race To The Cup
Series, which is the pipeline to the Unites States Snowboard Team.
If
you want to train gates before that first race, hone your skills
throughout the season, or prepare for Nationals, check us out! We will
tailor programs specific to each athlete.
